I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who's been working in the health and fitness industry since 2013. I grew up in Connecticut and graduated from UCONN with a Bachelors in Nutritional Science. After college I completed my Dietetic Internship specializing in sport's dietetics at the University of Houston. I specialize in breaking nutrition down into digestible, easy-to-understand concepts and then helping people apply what they've learned to their busy lifestyles in a sustainable way.
