Originally hailing from Poland, Ewa embarked on a journey to the USA in 2000 after completing high school, driven by a passion for abroad work just like her grandmother. Over the years, her personal and academic pursuit led her to attain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and 500h-Yoga Teacher certification, rooting her passion deep into health and wellness.

Her own health and injuries guided her to yoga in 2015 and she immediately noticed the benefits. Ewa's credentials include: a RYT500-hour certification, NASM-CPT, Mike Boyle’s-CFSC, NASM-Nutrition Coach, Reiki I, Roll-Model Method, and Balanced Athlete. Her favorite type of yoga to teach (and to practice) is a gentle flow, a yoga type that focuses on functional movement, stability & mobility, mindfulness, and breath. She encourages curiosity, kindness and having fun in all of her classes.

Ewa finds joy in spending time in nature, with animals, cheering for the Bruins, and regular polar plunging in the iconic Walden Pond. Ewa's zest for life, combined with her heart and dedication to wellness and helping people, makes her not just a fitness professional but a guide on a transformative journey to balance and vitality.
