Meet Ewa – Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Holistic Wellness Coach! Ewa understands that wellness is multidimensional, which is why she offers a unique blend of expertise in strength&conditioning training, yoga and holistic wellness. Whether working one-on-one or guiding group classes, Ewa's approach is rooted in safety, functionality of movement, mindfulness and always a touch of fun. Ewa often says: "Wellness isn't a quick fix, it's a way of living with intention and authenticity". Originally hailing from modest upbringing in Poland, Ewa embarked on a journey to the USA after completing high school, driven by a passion for abroad work just like her grandmother 20 years earlier. Always fuled by strong work ethics and deep sense of gratitude she embraces every opportunity with purpose—pursuing happiness while helping others along the way. Ewa finds joy in spending time in nature, with animals, cheering for the Bruins, and regular winter plunging in the iconic Walden Pond. Ewa's zest for life, combined with her heart and dedication to wellness and helping people, makes her not just a fitness professional but a guide on a transformative journey to balance and vitality.
