Guest Information

Guest Policy

Guests may be admitted to the privileges of the Clubhouse and grounds only when accompanied by a Member of the Club. It is the responsibility of the Member who introduces guests to pay the prescribed guest fees.  The member is responsible for all indebtedness incurred by the guest and for observance of all other rules and regulations of the Club. A guest may play up to eight rounds of golf (two rounds per month) annually.

Check-in Policy

All accompanied guests must be checked in by the Member Host at the respective department check in areas, e.g. Pro Shop for Golf, Tennis Center Member Book, Pool Greeting Desk. Guest visits are limited by department and are subject to guest fees; please reference each department. 

Dress Code Policy

Clubhouse Attire

Jeans are acceptable with the following conditions: Only dark blue or black jeans are permitted for men. Dark, as well as white jeans are acceptable for women.

Golf attire including slacks, shorts and shirts are acceptable for Clubhouse dining, however, golf shoes and hats are NOT permitted. Jeans, pants, or shorts with holes, tears or distressing are never allowed in the clubhouse. Additionally, golf shoes, T-shirts, tank tops, cut-offs, cargo pants or shorts, jogging attire, coaching shorts, skate shorts, and garments of this type are not permitted on the upper level of clubhouse at any time. 
In the lower level of the clubhouse acceptable gym attire, hats and golf shoes are permitted. Members shall advise their guests of the Nashawtuc dress code.

Golf Attire

Appropriate attire, reflective of the standards expected in the country club setting, is required at all times.  T-Shirts, jeans and cutoffs are specifically prohibited.  Women's tops must have a collar if no sleeve or must have a sleeve if no collar.  All hats must be worn in the normal manner with the brim facing forward.  Men and boys must have shirttails tucked.

Tennis Attire

Proper tennis attire (tennis shorts, skirts or dresses) is required. Tennis sneakers must be worn; running or training shoes are strictly forbidden. Anyone not properly attired, e.g., barefoot, bathing suit, jogging shorts and tops, shirtless, cut-offs, jams or other inappropriate attire, will be asked to leave the courts.

Fitness Center Attire

Proper gym athleisure wear is required; full-length shirt, athletic pants or shorts, and athletic and non-marking shoes. Tennis, training or running shoes should be worn in the gym, golf shoes are not allowed.

Bathing suits, tank tops, and shirts that show the midriff are not permitted. Your clothing should be kept to a modest style since both men and women use the club.  No jeans ragged clothing, cut-off, or cut-down shorts or pants, half-shirts, sandals.  No profane language or slogans on any attire in the club.

Pool Attire

Proper bathing suit attire is mandatory. Cut-off shorts and gym shorts are not allowed for swimming.
