After graduating from college Tim began his career working in many different capacities within the hotel industry throughout the US for companies such as Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Le Meridien, Westin, Fairmont and most recently the Mandarin Oriental, Boston as the Director of Catering.
In addition, Tim also has extensive experience working within the private club sector for The Harvard Club of Boston, The Club at Hammock Beach, Palm Coast FL and Black Rock CC in Hingham MA. Tim is also a Justice of the Peace and an active member of the National Association of Catering and Events. (NACE). Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with his three teenage children as well as his Shetland Sheep Dog “Ollie” exploring local parks and hiking trails. A life long “foodie”, Tim also enjoys saltwater fishing, exploring local farmers markets, foraging for mushrooms, home brewing and gardening.
